  5. Let the onions marinate for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the marinated onions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the onions are caramelized.

  9. Cut the mozzarella and parmesan cheese into small cubes.
