Bunny Brownies are a fun and festive treat often enjoyed during Easter celebrations. The addition of green colored white chocolate and mini marshmallows gives them a playful bunny-like appearance.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in the microwave.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the dish for 15 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  10. Add the green food coloring to the melted white chocolate and mix well.
  11. Once the brownies have cooled, spread the green colored white chocolate over the top.
  12. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and optional sprinkles on top.
  13. Allow the chocolate to set for 15 minutes.
  14. Cut into squares and serve.
