In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, black olives, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
