Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes, baked beans, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Mix the cooked rice with the bean mixture and transfer to a baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
