Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and olive oil.

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the artichoke mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
