  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the baby corn until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan, add more oil if required and saute the onions until translucent.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and saute for a minute.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add paneer and fried baby corn. Mix gently to coat them with the masala.
  7. Add water and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add garam masala powder and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
