Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and dice it.

Cut off the top of each tomato and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Fill each tomato with the diced avocado.

In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed tomatoes.

Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
