Asparagus with Brown Mushrooms

Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until browned.

Push the mushrooms to one side of the pan and add the asparagus. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for 8-10 minutes until the asparagus is tender-crisp.

Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
