  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Sprinkle them over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Slice and serve hot.
