  2. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, chopped green onions, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
