Apricot Phyllo Napoleons
Napoleons are named after Napoleon Bonaparte, but their origin is not clear. Some believe they were created in France, while others think they originated in Russia. Regardless of their origin, Napoleons are loved for their flaky pastry and delicious fillings.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the apricots into thin wedges.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Lay out the phyllo dough sheets and brush each sheet with melted butter.

In a bowl, mix the whipped cream with powdered sugar.

Once the phyllo dough rectangles have cooled, layer them with whipped cream and sliced apricots.
