  3. Cut the apricots into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  5. Dip each slice of whole wheat bread into the milk mixture until soaked.
  6. Arrange a layer of soaked bread slices in the greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle half of the apricot pieces over the bread layer.
