Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, raspberries, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the fruit.
