Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel and core the apples, then slice them into thin pieces.

In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and butter. Use your fingers to form a crumbly mixture.

Fill each jar with the apple mixture, leaving some space at the top.

Top the apples with the crumble mixture.

Place the jars on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown.
