  6. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced apples, brown sugar, flour, oats, and cold cubed butter. Mix until the apples are coated in the mixture.
  7. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
