  5. Mix in the apple butter and milk.

  8. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and butter to create the streusel topping.
  9. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  10. Sprinkle the streusel topping over each muffin.
