Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, until a dough forms.

Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the chilled dough logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
