  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and flour.
  3. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the chocolate.
  4. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, creating a marbled effect.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the pan.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
