Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in short intervals, stirring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and egg mixture, stirring continuously.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Sprinkle the pistachios evenly over the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
