Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated paneer, bread crumbs, ginger, green chili, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and set aside.
