  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and almond extract, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of each cookie, pressing them gently into the dough.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
