  2. Add unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into a disc, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a log shape. Curve the log to form a crescent shape.
  6. Place the crescents on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
