Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
