Wild Rice, Fruit, and Pecan Stuffing
Wild rice is not actually rice, but rather the seed of an aquatic grass native to North America.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 70 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the wild rice according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked wild rice, dried cranberries, dried apricots, pecans, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is crispy and golden.

Let the stuffing rest for 10 minutes before serving.
