Slice the rolls horizontally, creating a pocket for the filling.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Stuff each roll with a slice of chevre cheese and a spoonful of the spinach mixture.

Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
