Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add food coloring to one part and mix until the desired color is achieved.

Wrap both doughs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take a small amount of each dough and roll them into small balls.

Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon.

In a small bowl, mix together the icing sugar and water to make the glaze.
