Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crust, melted butter, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust. Top with mini marshmallows.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
