Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Microwave white chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl on high for 1 minute or until melted. Stir until smooth. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in melted white chocolate.

Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry preserves over the cream cheese mixture. Swirl with a knife.

Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven and run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake. Cool completely before removing the rim of the pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
