Zucchini Bread with Cream Cheese-Sour Cream Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in the grated zucchini.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Once the bread has cooled, spread the cream cheese-sour cream frosting on top.
