  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add grated zucchini, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
