  5. Pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  6. Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
