Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.

Place a muffin tin in the oven for a few minutes to heat up.

Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and pour a small amount of vegetable oil into each cup.

Pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.

Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
