  6. Place a muffin tin in the oven to heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and quickly pour the vegetable oil into each cup.
  8. Pour the batter into the hot oiled cups, filling each one about halfway.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
  10. Serve immediately.
