Yogurt Cream Swiss Roll

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined.

Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and springs back when touched.

While the cake is still warm, gently roll it up with the parchment paper and let it cool completely.

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and whipped cream until smooth.

Unroll the cooled cake and spread the yogurt cream mixture evenly over the surface.

Roll the cake back up without the parchment paper.

Dust the top of the roll with powdered sugar.

Slice the roll into servings and serve with fresh berries on top.
