  2. In a bowl, sift together the cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture along with the vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
  8. While the cake is still warm, roll it up tightly with the parchment paper and let it cool completely.
  9. Whip the cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  10. Gently unroll the cooled cake and spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface.
  11. Roll the cake back up without the parchment paper.
  12. Cover the cake with chocolate ganache.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
