Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the rolled oats, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
