Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and let them cool.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Chop the red onion, celery, dill pickles, and fresh dill.

Add the chopped vegetables and dill to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture.

Cut the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl.
