  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Transfer the spinach mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
