Wisconsin Cheese Garden Lasagna
Wisconsin is known as America’s Dairyland and produces the most cheese in the United States. The use of Wisconsin cheese in this lasagna adds a rich and flavorful touch to the dish.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms, and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Layer the lasagna noodles, vegetable mixture, cheese mixture, and marinara sauce in the baking dish.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
