Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually mix in the flour until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam over low heat until melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted jam over the cream cheese mixture in the baking dish. Use a knife to swirl the jam into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 2 hours.
  8. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  9. Before serving, top with fresh sliced strawberries. Cut into squares and enjoy!
