Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the rhubarb stalks into 1-inch pieces and place them in a baking dish.

Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the rhubarb and toss to coat evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the dry mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the rhubarb.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the rhubarb is tender and the topping is golden brown.
