  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the Greek yogurt, until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and sprinkle with turbinado sugar, if desired.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
