Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the melted butter and white chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
