Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
