  4. Gradually add the melted butter and white chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the candy corn M&Ms.
