In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with a teaspoon of orange marmalade.
