  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in short intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy.
  7. Add the melted white chocolate, lime juice, lime zest, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
