Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Add the eggs, vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
