Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, mixed berries, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.

Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk until just combined.

Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough mixture over the fruit, covering it as much as possible.

Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the cobbler.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
