In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Pour the blueberry mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
