Walnut-Lavender Bread
Walnuts are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, while lavender has calming and soothing properties.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts and dried lavender.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
